in Bydgoszcz Factory (Management Trainee In Bydgoszcz Factory ) Location: Bydgoszcz We develop our future leaders The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is about learning business fast. It’s about growing iconic multi-million busines, market-leading brands from day one. It’s tapping into continuous business mentoring, excellent training, and hands-on responsibility. It’s learning like you’ve never learned before. It’s challenging, make no mistake. But we’re looking to develop your management competencies in three years. You will drive your career and some of the world’s most-loved brands into the future. Real tasks from the first day First stage of the programme is a cross-functional „start-up” project lasting 12 months. You will be support the Production Manager and Management Team in implementing the investment Project SWIFT including managing the implementation of new production lines in the new factory and lunching the first production of new lines. The project ends with the assessment of individual’s performance and the decision in terms of continuing the programme at Unilever for next 24 months. The whole 3 years Programme focuses on management skills development and gaining professional business knowledge. That’s why during this time we offer you working in different departments: marketing, customer development, finance, supply chain or HR. Participant of this programme will gain international experience through project work and will also attend intensive series of internal and external trainings. Perfect Candidate: • Graduate in Master Degree (not longer than 12 months after graduation) or student of last year • Fluently communicating in English • Having high level of analytical skills • Having leadership skills • Customer and consumer oriented • Goal-oriented • Open for changes • Enthusiastic and creative • Able to work in the team and in international environment • Interested in business ( having experience gained during internships and/or in students organizations)
